Before You Book

A Few Studio Details

Charlotte books enough time for prep, structure, art planning, and a calm appointment. Clients may book up to six months in advance.

What Is Included

Russian manicure prep, product application, and basic art are included in basic sets. Advanced art, chrome, specialty techniques, charms, crystals, pigment, ombre, and 3D work may be additional.

Maintenance and Repairs

Monthly maintenance includes two repairs when needed. Additional repairs, including art replacement, are $10 per nail.

Existing Enhancements

Charlotte may work over another tech’s enhancements if they are in good condition. Most outside work will need a rebalance, restructure, and reshape.

Cancellations

Please give 48 hours notice. The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable, including for cancellations and no-shows.

Payment

A 50% PayPal deposit is required to book and applies in full to your service. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
